Application Usage

BookMyTrade is a trade-related commodity information application. The Application helps registered users view current commodity offers, submit trade requests, and manage trade-related activities.

The Application does not directly facilitate online buying, selling, or payment transactions within the app.

Logged-in users can view commodity offers assigned to them and submit trade request forms containing information such as:

• Commodity quantity (in MT)
• Rate details
• Expiry date
• Supplier or vendor details
• Vendor code
• Vendor name
• City information
• PAN or GSTIN details

After submission, the trade request may display a Purchase Order (PO) number if approved, or remain in pending trade status until processed.

The Application supports different categories of users, including:

• Supplier Vendors
• Brokers

Access to trade information and commodity offers is based on the logged-in user’s assigned category and permissions.

Information We Collect

User Provided Information

User registration and account creation are managed by the BookMyTrade administration team. Users can log in to the Application only after their account is created and activated by the admin.

The Application obtains information provided during account creation and while using the Application.

• Your name, mobile number, email address, username, and login information.
• Trade-related activity information, such as submitted trade requests, commodity quantities (in MT), rates, expiry dates, supplier/vendor details, vendor code, city, PAN, and GSTIN information.
• Information provided when contacting customer support or the admin team.
• Information entered into the Application for trade-related activities and communication purposes.

We may use this information to provide Application services, manage user access, share important updates, send notices, and communicate trade-related information.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may automatically collect information including:

• Mobile device type
• Unique device ID
• IP address
• Operating system
• Browser type
• Usage information about the Application

Third-Party Access

We do not share your information with third parties except:

• When required by law
• To protect our rights or user safety
• To investigate fraud
• To respond to government requests

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application. You may also request to opt out using the contact form on our website or app.

We retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
